55 North Main. Street, Kanosh, UT, US

Kanosh Town held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the town

office. The purpose of the hearing was to receive public comments regarding the adoption of the

2024 edition of the Wildland Urban Interface Code as an ordinance.

Members present:

Mayor Wenda Crabb, Council members: Dan DeGraffenried, Brian Batt, Josh Whitaker, and

Tim White. Kanosh Town Clerk Kacie Whatcott was also present.

Others in attendance: Geri Minton & Dave Hatton

Mayor Wenda Crabb explained the WUI ordinance. Dave Hatton had some clarification

questions which Council Member Dan DeGraffenried addressed. All explanations can be found

in the provided document WUI Ordinance Overview & Explanation.

It should be noted there were no public comments following Mayor Crabb’s explanation of the

ordinance.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:46 PM
