The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Oct. 6, 2026, to discuss the sale of city-owned remnant properties, according to a September 15 public notice.
The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Riverton City Municipal Building, located at 12830 South Redwood Road. The meeting will focus on the sale of two adjacent properties identified by the Salt Lake County Recorder's Office as Tax ID No. 27-33-476-044-0000 and 27-33-476-045-0000. Together, these properties constitute 0.13 acres of land and are located at 2646 West 13400 South and 13400 South Trestle Lane in Riverton.
Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals requiring special accommodations or assistance during the meeting may notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126 at least two business days in advance. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building, providing elevator access to the City Council Chambers on the second floor.
