Man in Millcreek in custody after shots fired
, police received a report about a domestic violence situation on Lambourne Avenue, according to Unified police. After assessing the scene and speaking with the person, police determined the man with a gun was suicidal. A few minutes later, police said the man fired shots at the officers.

Man arrested after allegedly firing 19 shots toward police officers in Millcreek
A suspect fired a rifle 19 times toward police officers after they responded to a domestic violence call in Salt Lake County, according to court documents. The caller safely exited the home and officers began investigating. Debris hit an officer as the suspect continued to fire toward them through a fence, police said.
