An informational meeting regarding Flock cameras was scheduled for a Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Branch of the Weber County Library in Washington Terrace. The event was organized by the Weber County League of Women Voters and the Utah Civic Compact.
Terri McCulloch, president of the Weber County League of Women Voters, stated that the session was intended to address ongoing conversations regarding the use of Flock cameras. She noted that the meeting would provide information on how the cameras are being used, as she indicated that some people may not know their specific purposes and have raised questions regarding privacy and necessity.
The information session was described as free and open to the public.
