The Washington Terrace City Council passed Ordinance 26-04 on September 15, 2026, according to a September 16 statement. The ordinance repeals and re-enacts section 17.48.030 of the Municipal Code to comply with an unfunded state mandate concerning certain accessory dwelling units.
