Residents using culinary water for irrigation were asked to stop watering gardens, lawns, and outdoor landscaping starting September 15. This request applied only to irrigation use.
Normal culinary water use for standard household needs such as cooking, bathing, drinking, and other typical needs was not affected by this change.
The city expressed appreciation for community cooperation and support regarding responsible water use.
