The meeting, which was scheduled to run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., included a canceled bus tour of agenda sites that was originally set for 4:30 p.m. The Commission was set to review minutes from a previous meeting held on August 13, 2026.
One public hearing item, PC 26-029, involves a request by Aaron Jensen/C&N Logan LLC for a conditional use permit. The request seeks to extend an existing telecommunication tower from 60 feet to 70 feet in height at 770 South 80 East in the Woodruff Neighborhood.
A second public hearing, PC 26-030, involves a request by Daniel Berger/DSD West Logan for a zone change for Elevate West. The request seeks to change approximately 5.08 acres from Commercial to Mixed Residential 20 at approximately 1200 West 200 South in the Ellis Neighborhood.
The meeting was held at 290 N 100 W, Logan, UT 84321. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations were instructed to notify City Recorder Teresa Harris at least three working days prior to the meeting.
