Hyrum City is requesting bids for the construction of the Hyrum City Park Road project, according to a notice posted to the city's website. The project involves asphalt work and concrete construction.
The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing asphalt, the installation of new asphalt, and the construction of concrete curbing and a concrete retaining wall. Bids for a single prime contract will be received at the Hyrum City Offices, located at 60 West Main, Hyrum UT, until Tuesday, September 22nd at 2:00 pm local time. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read. Mailed bids must be sent to Hyrum City at 60 West Main, Hyrum UT, 84319.
Work located south of Highway 101 is expected to be substantially complete by November 13th, 2026. Work located north of Highway 101 is expected to be substantially completed by May 14th, 2027. A mandatory pre-bid conference was scheduled for September 14th at 2:00 pm at the project location.
