The Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to discuss proposed amendments to the Woodland Hills City Code, according to a September 2 notice.
The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Office, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive. The session aims to receive public comment regarding proposed changes to City Code Titles 10-2-1, 11-4-3, 11-4-4, and 11-5-3.
Proposed amendments include revisions related to the definitions of a structure, easements, and subdivision improvements occurring both before and after the recording of an approved plat. Following the hearing, the Planning Commission will consider whether to recommend approval, modification, or denial of these amendments to the Woodland Hills City Council.
