An appeal hearing is scheduled for September 2, 2026, in Woodland Hills regarding a property variance request, according to a notice published August 20.
The Woodland Hills Appeal Officer will hold the meeting at 10:00 a.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive. The hearing is open to the public and all interested persons are invited to attend.
The city is reviewing a variance request for a property at 963 South Summit Creek Drive. The request seeks a deviation from side setback requirements along Loafer Drive. Under City Code 10.8.5, corner lots must maintain a 30-foot setback from both the front and side, but the owner is requesting a reduction of the side setback to 20 feet.
