The public is invited to attend and provide public input on proposed amendments to the Brian Head Town Code, Title 9. The amendments involve Chapter 4 (Submittal Requirements) and Chapter 7 (Zone District Regulations, New Zone 9-7-14 Mixed-Use Overlay Zone). A draft of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection at the Brian Head Town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm July 6, 2026, at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 56 North Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT, or by email.
