The North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, to discuss an amendment to a development agreement with Parkridge Inc., according to a August 24 notice.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm during the commission's regularly scheduled meeting.
The hearing aims to receive comments regarding an amendment to a development agreement for residential multi-family units integrated with a commercial building. The project is located at approximately 1700 N. Washington Blvd., corresponding to parcel number 11-464-0051.
The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers in the Public Safety Building, located at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard during the proceeding.
