The Farmington City Planning Commission scheduled a regular meeting for Thursday, August 20, 2026, according to a notice posted August 19. The meeting will be held at City Hall, located at 160 South Main in Farmington, Utah.
A work session is scheduled for 6:30 PM prior to the regular session, which is set to begin at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers. Residents can listen to the regular meeting live or comment electronically via the Farmington City website at farmington.utah.gov.
Agenda items include a special exception application from Andrew Hiller for a concept site plan and building height approval for a proposed office building near 255 S 200 W. in the Business Park zone. Additionally, a subdivision plat amendment application from STACK is on the agenda regarding the Stack Master Plat for Parcel C3 (QuikTrip 7484) located near 1050 N Innovator Drive. The commission will also review the August 6, 2026, meeting minutes and receive City Council reports.
