The Farmington City Planning Commission scheduled a meeting for August 20, 2026, according to an August 19 notice. The meeting is set to include a work session at 6:30 PM followed by a regular session at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 160 South Main in Farmington, Utah.
The agenda includes a special exception application from Andrew Hiller regarding a concept site plan and building height for a proposed office building located at approximately 255 S 200 W. in the Business Park zone. Additionally, the commission will review a subdivision and plat amendment application from STACK regarding the Stack Master Plat for Parcel C3 (QuikTrip 7484), located at approximately 1050 N Innovator Drive. in the Office Mixed Use zone.
Other items on the agenda include the approval of the August 6, 2026, Planning Commission minutes and reports from the City Council.
