A scheduled hearing for a property rezone in Farmington City has been canceled following a request from the applicant, according to a notice published August 3, 2026.
The item slated for consideration on Thursday, August 6, 2026, involved the rezone of approximately 1.6 acres of property from the AE (Agriculture Estates) zone to the BP (Business Park) zone. This matter also included consideration of a conceptual plan for the Mountain View Business Park project, which consists of a daycare and an office building at 77 and 111 South 650 W.
