The Farmington City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Aug. 6, 2026, to consider property rezoning and zoning amendments, according to a notice published July 27.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Farmington City Hall, located at 160 South Main Street.
Commissioners will consider rezoning approximately 1.6 acres of property from the AE (Agriculture Estates) zone to the BP (Business Park) zone. This includes consideration of the Conceptual Plan for the Mountain View Business Park project, which consists of a daycare and an office building located at 77 and 111 South 650 W.
The commission will also review proposed amendments to Chapter 11-14. These amendments aim to update height standards, as well as minimum lot and setback standards within the BP (Business Park) zoning district.
The public notice is available on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Farmington City website, and at Farmington City Hall.
