The Herriman City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 16, 2026, to review a proposed subdivision plat and a master development agreement, according to a notice published September 4.
The meeting is scheduled to take place from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the City Council Chambers located at 5355 W Herriman Main Street in Herriman, Utah. The commission will review a preliminary subdivision plat for a single lot located generally at 5175 W Herriman Main Street in the MU-2 Mixed Use Zone. The application also includes the Herriman Towne Center Master Development Agreement.
HTC Communities LLC is identified as the property owner and authorized agent for the approximately 6.0-acre site. The matter is being reviewed under file number S2026-120.
