The Richmond City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, according to a notice published September 10. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 P.M. at 90 South 100 West in Richmond, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of city council meeting minutes from Aug. 19, 2026. Council members will also discuss and potentially vote on Resolution 2026-07, which involves accepting a petition for annexation of certain real property. The parcels under consideration are located north and east of approximately 150 North 400 West and consist of approximately 13.43 acres, identified as parcel numbers 09-046-0013 and 09-051-0014.
Additional agenda items include a discussion and possible approval regarding an update to the Transportation Master Plan. The meeting will also feature staff reports, a monthly financial review, and reports from the Mayor and Council Members. Mayor Young is scheduled to lead the welcome and opening ceremonies.
