THIS IS NOTICE THAT on September 1, 2026, the Boulder Town Council passed the following Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 2026-02 amends Chapter 153.204 to update zoning and land use regulations for Residential Short-Term Rentals (RSTRs).

Ordinance No. 2026-03 amends Chapter 112 of the Boulder Town Code regarding Residential Short-Term Rentals to update licensing eligibility requirements.

Ordinance No. 2026-04 amends Chapter 110 of the Boulder Town Code to update general business licensing provisions.

Ordinance No. 2026-05 amends Chapter 111 of the Boulder Town Code to update procedures for providing local consent for state alcohol licensing.

Ordinance No. 2026-06 amends Chapter 130 of the Boulder Town Code to align local fire restrictions with the State of Utah’s Stage 1 and Stage 2 fire restriction framework.
