The Bluffdale City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to consider a request to vacate a portion of the public right-of-way, according to a notice published August 12.
The hearing is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Bluffdale City Hall, located at 2222 W 14400 S. The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comment regarding an application to vacate approximately 1,396.51 square feet, or 0.032 acres, of the 1690 West public street right-of-way near 14471 South 1690 West. The applicant for this request is Court and Kimberly Dymock.
Public members can participate by attending the meeting, viewing the session on the city website at www.bluffdale.gov, or emailing comments to councilmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov with the subject line Street Vacation. Written comments may also be sent by mail to the City of Bluffdale Planning Department, c/o Ellen Oakman, Associate Planner, at 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah 84065.
