Timpview High School has detailed its upcoming academic calendar and counseling schedule. The dates outline significant milestones for the 202/2027 school year, including testing periods and scheduled breaks.
Start dates and testing milestones
The school year is set to begin on August 19, 2026, with Kindergarten following on August 26, 2026. Early dates in the schedule included a PSAT test on October 23 and Utah College Application Week from October 27-30, held in partnership with USHE and AdmitUtah.org.
Upcoming holidays and seasonal breaks
Several breaks and holidays were noted for the upcoming terms. Labor Day will result in no school on September 7, 2026, and a professional development day is scheduled for October 21, 2026. Fall Break was set to run from October 22 through October 26, 2026. Thanksgiving Break was planned for November 26-27, 2026, while Winter Break was scheduled from December 21, 2026, through January 1, 2027.
Second and third term schedules
The second term is scheduled to end on January 14, 2027, followed by a professional development day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, which will result in no school. The third term concludes on March 19, 2027, with an ACT day scheduled for High School students on March 23, 2027. Spring Break was set for April 5 through April 9, 2027, and the final day of school is scheduled for May 28, 2027.
