The Provo City School District has announced the “This Is Us” Creative Arts Gala, an upcoming event designed to celebrate student talent and provide hands-on artistic experiences for the community.
Scheduled for April 1, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., the gala will take place at Shoreline Middle School and is free to attend.
The event offers a variety of activities for families, including a 360° selfie station, face painting, and an event scavenger hunt. Attendees can view K–12 visual arts displays, CTE exhibits, and interactive experiences.
Performances will include drama shorts and choir presentations. The evening will also feature raffle prize drawings, food trucks, and a special highlight involving the UMOCA Art Truck, which brings a unique mobile art experience alongside a special art activity provided by UMFA.
The gala serves as an opportunity for community members to support student creativity through various mediums including art, music, and theater. The event is open to friends and families looking for a community-focused night out.
