Proposed Ordinance 2026-18 aims to amend specific chapters within Titles 5 and 17 of the Moab Municipal Code. The proposed changes would include additional land uses and standards for private properties that host vendors. Additionally, the ordinance seeks to amend business license provisions regarding vendors, peddlers, solicitors, and miscellaneous merchants.
