Scott Clair Perry Jr., 48, has passed away in Arizona, according to reports from Castle Country Radio and Mitchell Funeral Home. Perry, a traveling electrician, will be remembered by his family and community through a memorial service scheduled for Oct. 3 in Price, Utah.
Early Life and Education
Perry was born on Oct. 4, 1977, to Elda Lynn Peterson and Scott C. Perry Sr. Throughout his childhood, he lived in various locations across Utah County, as well as in St. George and the Carbon County area, according to reports from Castle Country Radio and Mitchell Funeral Home.
Professional Career
After graduating from Landmark High School in Spanish Fork, Utah, Perry attended and graduated from the College of Eastern Utah in Price, Utah. Following his college graduation, he established a career as a traveling IBEW union electrician. This profession allowed him to work in many different locations throughout the United States, providing him the opportunity to meet and work alongside a wide variety of people.
Family and Relationships
Perry's personal life included a marriage to Janell in June 2004, with whom he had two children, Ethan and Xylee. While their marriage eventually ended, the two remained connected through their children. Perry was also the father of Savanna, his eldest daughter, whose mother is Sarah.
Personal Struggles and Health
The later years of Perry's life were marked by significant personal struggles and mental health challenges.
