West Haven City has announced an invitation to bid for the first part of the Windsor Park Improvements project, according to a September 2 notice.
Sealed bids for the construction project will be accepted at the District office, located at 4150 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401, until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026.
The scope of the Windsor Park Improvements includes landscape and irrigation improvements. Specifically, the project involves grading, concrete and asphalt improvements, pedestrian trails, site furnishings, planting, decorative stone mulch, irrigation systems, water connections, and controls.
Successful bidders will be responsible for all requirements imposed by West Haven City, including bonding, traffic control, and encroachment permits, at no additional cost to the owner. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder.
A pre-bid conference was scheduled for Sept. 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at 2683 S 3150 W, West Haven, UT 84401.
Bidding documents can be obtained by requesting them via email from Project Engineer Trigunakar Goru starting Sept. 9, 2026. The deadline for submitting formal questions is Sept. 24, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
