Amelia Earhart Elementary recently celebrated individuals making a difference in students' lives through the Honoring the Heart of Amelia Earhart initiative.
As part of this recognition, the school named Chris Nielsen as the Education Support Professional of the Year.
Nielsen serves as a SPED paraprofessional at Amelia Earhart Elementary. In this role, she supports unique and wonderful learners through one-on-one support and assistance with emotional regulation.
