Nephi City has issued a request for proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution. The software is intended to support the city's financial, administrative, utility, and operational functions.
According to a notice posted to the city's website, the bid process is currently open. The solicitation requires vendors to provide information regarding their qualifications, including company background, history, and experience with local government ERP systems.
Qualified vendors must also demonstrate experience serving municipalities with utility operations and experience with Utah municipalities. Additionally, the request asks for client references, details on implementation and support staff, and information regarding timeliness for support questions and requests.
The city is specifically looking for integration capabilities with third-party vendors, including Civic Review and Xpress Bill Pay. Vendors must also demonstrate experience and integration with benefits, specifically PEHP and URS.
