The Payson City Forebay Committee is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., according to a Sept. 10 notice. The meeting will be held at the Development Services Conference Room located at 439 W. Utah Avenue in Payson.
The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes the approval of meeting minutes from Aug. 18, 2026. Other discussion items involve providing feedback on an update to the Mayor and City Council, as well as addressing committee vacancies.
Additional agenda items include the Trick or Treat Through the Trees event and the status of PARC grant projects, specifically regarding signs and a kiosk. The committee will also discuss fall activities and phragmites eradication.
