7th Grade Plan for College and Career Readiness (PCCR) Meetings
We are excited to begin our 7th Grade Plan for College and Career Readiness (PCCR) meetings this month!
PCCR meetings are held each year for students in grades 7–12. In 7th grade, these meetings are held in groups. When students reach 8th grade, students and parents/guardians will have an opportunity to meet individually with a school counselor.
The purpose of PCCR meetings is to help students begin thinking about their future and make connections between their current educational experiences, interests, talents, and achievements. These conversations are designed to help students begin developing informed educational and career pathways.
During the meeting, our school counselors will share important information related to academics, social and emotional wellness, and future planning.
