West Bountiful Elementary announced that its team earned second place overall at the Math Olympiad Competition held on April 20, 2026.
The achievement was described as a reflection of the hard work, teamwork, and dedication shown by the students.
In addition to the team success, individual students earned top rankings in the competition. Jason took second place in the individual competition, while Drew earned third place individually.
School officials noted that their problem solving, perseverance, and quick thinking were standout qualities during the event.
The school expressed pride in all students who represented West Bountiful. The participants demonstrated unity, bravery, and success throughout the competition.
