Items held by the Cedar City Police Department include various categories of property. The list includes bicycles of various styles, such as mountain, BMX, road, and children's models, as well as scooters, hoverboards, and strollers. Other items include hand and power tools, tool boxes, luggage, bags, wallets, purses, backpacks, and bedding.
Electronic items in the department's possession include MP3 players, video games, computers, computing devices, and cell phones. The department also holds keys, jewelry, coins, currency, and various collectibles related to home, sports, or other interests. Additionally, the department has shoes, clothing, camera equipment, and sporting, golf, skiing, and camping equipment. The notice also includes firearms, holsters, gun cases, and knives.
All unclaimed found or other unclaimed property will be disposed of following state law and city policy after September 30, 2026.
