The Plain City Council is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, according to a public notice posted Sept. 15. The meeting is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall or via Zoom.
The meeting agenda includes the approval of minutes from Sept. 3, 2026, and a report from the Planning Commission. Council members will also consider a motion for the approval of a franchise agreement for Strata Networks, a telecommunications company, and a $34,500 fleet purchase for the Streets Department. Other agenda items include the approval of business licenses and the warrant register.
A work meeting following the regular session will address developer-proposed amenities for Winegar Meadows, located near 2500 N 5100 W. For those requiring ADA accommodations, the notice states that requests should be made to Diane Hirschi at least three working days before the meeting.
