The Lindon Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 29, 2026, to discuss a proposed zoning amendment for a property located at 500 N. 500 W., according to a September 18 notice.
The applicant, Wayne Corbridge, is requesting to amend the Lindon City ordinance and zoning map for the property identified as Utah County Parcel #45:371:0006. The proposal seeks to change the current zoning from Commercial General (CG) to a new R-4 Planned Development Overlay Zone (R-4 PD). This new residential overlay zone would be designed for a 25-lot residential townhome development.
The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at the Lindon City Hall building. Interested parties may attend the meeting to present oral or written comments.
