The Pleasant Grove City Council has scheduled a special open house meeting to discuss a proposed increase in the Certified Tax Rate (the revenue-neutral rate that generates the same property tax revenue as the previous year) for Fiscal Year 2027. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Community Room located at 108 S. 100 E.
The open house is being held in conjunction with a required Truth In Taxation hearing. This session is intended to be informational only, providing details regarding the proposed property tax increase for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. According to the notice, the City Council will not be taking any action during this meeting.
The meeting will take place in the Community Room at 108 S. 100 E. in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
