The Pleasant Grove City Council scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building, located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah.
The council will consider a vicinity plan amendment for a property located near 3620 N 1590 W in the Manila Neighborhood. The request, submitted by Lafe Harris, concerns approximately 12.079 acres of land delineated by the Murdock Canal Trail, 1590 West, 3620 North, and the western boundary of Pleasant Grove City. This area includes parcels 14:004:0362 and 14:004:0365.
Additionally, the council will consider the adoption of the Pleasant Grove Downtown Master Plan. This plan is intended to provide a comprehensive vision, recommendations, and priorities for the future of the downtown area.
Another item on the agenda is the adoption of an updated Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP). This update includes new standard operating procedures, new appendices, and other necessary changes.
