The Pleasant Grove City Council scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, August 4, 2026, to consider multiple zoning and land use requests, according to a July 23 notice.
The hearing will take place in the Community Room located at 108 S 100 E in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
The council will review a request from St. John Properties to amend Section 10-12A-2 regarding permitted, conditional, and accessory uses in the Business and Manufacturing Park (BMP) Zone. The proposal seeks to add automobile repair and related services as a permitted use within the zone.
Additionally, the council will consider a request from Dallas Curtis to amend City Code Section 10-14-24-3-D. This request involves adding tattooing to the list of permitted uses within The Grove Interchange Subdistrict.
Another item on the agenda involves a request from Hugh and Melissa Hinkson to add a Residential Agricultural Overlay (RAO) to approximately 2.18 acres of land located at 1270 North 580 East.
