The South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 26-07, which establishes a moratorium on receiving or processing applications for development or planning related permits requiring approval from the Staff Review Committee.
According to a notice from the city, the moratorium will last for 180 days following the passage of the ordinance.
The moratorium applies to areas within the City Center Core, City Center General, Riverdale Road General, and 40th Street General zones.
This ordinance is applicable to all residents in South Ogden City.
