Verbal and written comments will only be accepted through Zoom once the public hearing has been opened. Once the public hearing is closed, no written or verbal comments will be accepted.
Those wishing to provide verbal comments can use the “Raise Hand” function, which will notify the host to allow them to speak at the appropriate time for up to three minutes.
Written comments can be submitted during the meeting at the appropriate time using the chat feature within Zoom. If you want the comment to be included in the public record, you must begin it by typing “Public Hearing”.
Additionally, written comments may be submitted in advance of the meeting by emailing lkapetanov@southogdencity.gov. Only emailed comments received before 6 pm will be included as part of the public record.
