The Apple Valley Planning Commission has announced a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM, according to a notice published August 24.
The meeting will take place at 1777 N Meadowlark Dr in Apple Valley and will address several land use items and ordinance amendments.
The scheduled hearing includes discussions on two zone change ordinances requested by Randall and Marilyn Pemberton Trustees. These requests involve reclassifying parcel AV-1354-D-1 and parcel AV-1354-D-2 from Open Space Transition Zone (OST) to Agricultural 5 Acres Zone (AG-5).
Additionally, the commission will consider Ordinance O-2026-21 to amend Title 10.18.020 regarding residential lots and access.
