The Grantsville City Council approved the final plat for the Matthews Meadows Subdivision Phase I during a meeting held on Nov. 2, 2022, according to a resolution adopted by the council. The project, submitted by Grantsville New Team, LLC, involves the creation of 46 single-family lots within the R-1-12 zone.
The development is situated on 34.68 acres at the southeast corner of Willow and Durfee. The city's Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the final plat for compliance with the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code and determined the proposal met the necessary requirements.
The resolution, identified as Resolution 2022-67, was passed unanimously by the council. The developer is required to construct certain public improvements as part of the subdivision project.
