The Tooele Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to consider a conditional use permit request for a Chick-Fil-A facility, according to a public notice issued August 31.
The request was submitted by Kevin Watson, representing Chick-Fil-A Restaurants. The proposal seeks authorization for an accessory drive-through facility located at approximately 967 North Main Street. The site consists of approximately 1.67 acres within the GC General Commercial zoning district.
The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 90 North Main Street in Tooele, Utah.

Written comments must be submitted to the City Planner by 11:59 p.m. the day before the hearing.
