The Eagle Mountain City Council is scheduled to hold public hearings on September 1, 2026, to address several municipal items, according to a notice published August 20. The meetings will take place at 7:00 PM in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run.
One item on the agenda involves a request by Andy Flamm regarding the Pinnacles 3 Parcel Master Development Plan and Agreement Amendment. The request seeks to change the identification and zoning of three parcels of land, measuring 2.48 acres, 6.04 acres, and 5.24 acres, from Commercial Neighborhood to Agriculture. This request also includes a future land use setting change from Neighborhood Residential 1 to Ag or AG/Rural Density.
The City Council will also consider an amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code 17.60.130 regarding retaining wall construction standards. This proposed amendment would add detailed design requirements for retaining walls and provide clarification on building permit requirements, field inspections, and allowable retaining wall locations.
Public materials for the hearings can be viewed on the city website or at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder’s Office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Individuals requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting may contact the City Recorder’s Office at 801.789.6611.
