HELPER – This week, The Helper Project will hit a major milestone by giving scholarships to 35 Carbon County students. This brings the program’s total funding to $300,000 since it started in 2022. Founded in August 2016 by Roy and Anne Jespersen, The Helper Project is an all-volunteer nonprofit focused on giving new life to historic Helper.
