One month after the Cottonwood Fire and destructive flooding devastated parts of Beaver County, families are coming together for a familiar tradition — and a chance to focus on something other than disaster and recovery. The Beaver County Fair opened this week in Minersville with 4-H events, exhibits, carnival rides and a rodeo expected to draw between 1,000 and 1,500 people.
