The Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency announced its intent to dispose of real property located at approximately 1862 West 1700 South, Syracuse, UT 84075. The notice was issued pursuant to Utah Code 11-1-203.
According to the notice, the RDA intends to acquire the property from Syracuse City and immediately sell it for fair market value through a private sale.
Prior to the final action by the RDA, the public will have an opportunity to comment on the proposed disposition. A notice regarding the public hearing will be provided at least 14 days in advance.
Information concerning the RDA meeting, including the agenda, time, and date, will be posted on the Syracuse City website at https://syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter.
