Syracuse City announced in a statement published August 31 its intent to dispose of municipally owned real property. The property is located at approximately 1862 West 1700 South, Syracuse, UT 84075.
Pursuant to Utah Code 11-1-203, the city proposes to transfer the property to the Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency for fair market value.
Before the City Council takes final action, the public will have an opportunity to provide comments on the proposed disposition. Notice regarding a public hearing will be provided at least 14 days in advance.
