The Ivins Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, to discuss a proposed amendment regarding model home regulations, according to a Sept. 17 notice.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider amending the definition of a 'Model Home' so that model homes are regulated in the same manner as a residential use. The applicant for this change is Ivins City.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Ivins City Hall, located at 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT 84738.
Interested parties may participate electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Sallen@ivinsutah.gov, or submit views in writing to the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Ivins City Building Department and on the Ivins City website at www.ivinsutah.gov.
