The Ivins Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to discuss amending regulations regarding the removal of commission members and requirements for recusal, according to a September 17 notice.
The hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Ivins City Hall, located at 85 N. Main St. in Ivins. The proposed amendments aim to describe the causes for which a Planning Commission member may be removed and to establish requirements for recusal.
Interested parties may participate electronically by emailing Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Sallen@ivinsutah.gov or may submit written views to the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Ivins City Building Department or on the city website at www.ivinsutah.gov.
Individuals requiring special accommodations for the hearing should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at least three days before the meeting. Requests can be made at Ivins City Hall or by calling 435-628-0606 ext 715.
