The Ivins Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to Title 14 of the Ivins City Code, according to a September 17 notice. The hearing, which concerns the section entitled Buildings and Construction, is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting will take place at Ivins City Hall, located at 85 N. Main St. in Ivins. Residents interested in the matter can participate electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Sallen@ivinsutah.gov, or may submit written views to the Planning Commission.
A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Ivins City Building Department and on the Ivins City website at www.ivinsutah.gov.
