The Ivins Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, to discuss a proposed zoning text amendment, according to a notice posted Sept. 17.
The hearing, scheduled for 5:30 p.m., will address a zoning text amendment regarding a proposed use not included on the Table of Uses in Title 16, Chapter 33 of the Ivins City Code. The applicant for this measure is Ivins City.
A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Ivins City Building Department and on the Ivins City website at www.ivinsutah.gov. Interested individuals may participate electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Sallen@ivinsutah.gov or submit views in writing to the Planning Commission.
The meeting will take place at Ivins City Hall, located at 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT 84738. Individuals requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should notify the Deputy City Recorder at least three days before the hearing.
